The ISH 2018 Secretariat has confirmed rooms in selected hotel (ANVAYA) for the benefit of participants. Room reservations can be made through ISH Secretariat. Please make your reservations early, bookings are on a first-come first-served basis. Rates quoted are in USD, including breakfast and taxes. For special room requests, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Rooms will only be reserved after receiving one night deposit by credit card or bank transfer, and will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Payments should be completed before or on September 30, 2018. If the payment has not been completed until that date, reservations will automatically be cancelled and the deposit will be kept as penalty. For reservation requests on or after September 26, 2018, full payment by credit card or bank transfer will be required for confirmation. Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If you would like to check-in before 14:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.

Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the ISH 2018 Registration Secretariat by fax at +62 251-8387651, 8575664, 8372096, or via e-mail to email@example.com. Please do not contact the hotels directly. Cancellations received before or on October 5, 2018 - One night deposit will be applied as penalty. Cancellations received on or after October 6, 2018 - no refund. Please note that accommodation refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ISH 2018, bank charges will be deducted from the refund. In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non refundable.
